Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Flick (flicked.email, app.flicked.email, and the Flick mobile apps). Using Flick means you accept them.

The service

Flick presents your inbox as a finite swipe deck: archive, keep, or reply with an AI-suggested draft. Core triage is free; some features (like AI-drafted replies beyond the free allowance) are paid, with pricing shown before you buy.

Your account & your mail

You connect your own mailbox and are responsible for keeping your account secure. Flick acts only on your explicit actions — each swipe maps to one mailbox operation, and reply drafts are saved to your mailbox for you to review and send. AI-generated drafts can be imperfect: review every draft before sending. You are responsible for the messages you send.

Acceptable use

Don't use Flick to violate law, to access mailboxes you aren't authorized to access, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions & purchases

Paid features purchased on the web are billed through Stripe and can be managed or cancelled from your billing portal. Purchases made inside the iOS app (when available) are billed and managed through your Apple account.

Service changes & termination

We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Flick and delete your account at any time from Settings — deletion permanently purges your Flick data.

Disclaimer & liability

Flick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flick's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
