Terms

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Flick (flicked.email, app.flicked.email, and the Flick mobile apps). Using Flick means you accept them.

The service

Flick presents a bounded set of email decisions from selected accounts. A displayed batch can exclude new mail, failed accounts, and messages outside its stated scan limits. A completion screen is not a representation that any mailbox is empty.

Flick's Gmail connectivity currently uses Folderly infrastructure from the same team, so Google's consent screen can show “Folderly.” This describes the current technical identity; it is not a claim that Google has separately approved every Flick surface or use. See our privacy policy.

Your account & your mail

You may connect only a mailbox you are authorized to control and must keep your account secure. An Archive action can modify the Gmail conversation, including its labels and read state; Keep records a Flick decision and does not itself change Gmail; a requested reply can create a draft for you to review and send. Actions can be retried or reconciled after transient failures, so the action ledger—not the gesture alone—describes the result. AI-generated drafts can be imperfect: review every draft before sending. You are responsible for messages you send.

Acceptable use

Don't use Flick to violate law, to access mailboxes you aren't authorized to access, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions & purchases

Paid features purchased on the web are billed through Stripe and can be managed or cancelled from your billing portal. Purchases made inside the iOS app (when available) are billed and managed through your Apple account.

Service changes & termination

We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Deleting a Flick account starts the application-data deletion process described in the privacy policy. It does not automatically erase records that payment providers or Flick must retain for billing, tax, fraud, refund, dispute, security, or legal obligations, and it does not by itself cancel an external subscription.

Disclaimer & liability

Flick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flick's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
